When GoHealth™ Urgent Care first entered the market, they offered many of the services your primary care physician offers with one notable difference — no waiting. Patients could sign up for an appointment online and be seen the same day they needed attention.
In his role as Creative Director at Sq1, Tucker created a new brand line for GoHealth that echoed this benefit, then wrote and directed their first ever broadcast commercial. The idea was about putting patients first, so the video about someone who was coming in second. The TV effort was supported with display and social ads, radio, OOH, SEO and paid search.

Deliverables

The introductory GoHealth campaign included a 30-second commercial for cable and streaming television, radio, transit OOH, and a series of city-specific digital outdoor ads that displayed the wait times of nearby GoHealth locations in real-time. Video assets from the TV commercial were used to create a social media awareness campaign on Facebook.
