Chase Online

In an age where people are interacting more with their devices than each other, it can be refreshing to have a live conversation with a real person — even if it’s online. That was the insight we used to introduce this new video chat service for Chase Bank.
Deliverables

People from all ages and walks of life can get consumed by their screens, resulting in isolation and a sense of loneliness. To ensure our audience connected with that, we used an instrumental version of the Beatles, “Eleanor Rigby” for our music (all the lonely people).
